The NMRC will work towards realizing a broader vision of an inclusive education for equity and excellence that maximizes development of linguistic human resources, respects linguistic human rights, and fosters positive cultural-linguistic identity through development of multilingual proficiency based on a strong foundation of mother tongue development.
